Askins
Charles
Askins, 66, of Paragould passed away January 25, 2010 at the Flo and Phil
Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. He was born August 17, 1943 at Beech Grove
to Ben and Gladys Askins. He worked at General Motors for many years.
He is
survived by one son, Keith Askins of Atlanta, GA; a daughter, Kim Humphrey
of Springfield, MO; six sisters, Geneva Edwards of Paragould, Kathleene
Griggry of Flint, MI, Faye Towell of Paragould, Mary Smith of Paragould,
Frankie Jetton of CherokeeVillage, AR and Shyrl Baily of Carson City NV and
three grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and two sister, Vira Carver and
Betty Breckenridge.
There
will be a graveside service 1 PM, Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Beech Grove
Cemetery.
