Obituary for
Susan Andrea Kubinski
Susan Andrea Kubinski, 31, passed away June 20, 2010. She was born June 24, 1978 in New London, WI.
to the late David and Cheryl Kubinski.
She is survived by two sons, Dalton Aurthur and Skyler M.
Pennie; one brother, Nicholas Smith; three sisters, Samantha Barnum, Sharon
Croft and her twin, Sheryl Kubinski.
The family will receive friends 10 – 12, Thursday, June 24, 2010 at
Phillips Funeral Home.
There will be a graveside service 1 PM, Thursday, June 24,
2010 at Pine Log Cemetery with Boyce Cates officiating. Pallbearers will be
Chris Vick, Garry Bradley, Paul Smith, Jerry Mullins, Nick Smith and Hutch
Townsley.
The family request memorials be made to the Phillips
Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
